The Finer Details

We want to ensure you have a wonderful time and enjoy all the luxury and glamour SocieTea Events can provide.  

 

  • Many of the items are fragile and delicate, and although we know you will take excellent care of them, we will require a damage deposit of 50% of the rental value, which will be refunded upon their safe return.

 

  • Oops! Accidents happen, not to worry...  Should any of the items be damaged or broken, we will deduct their value from the damage deposit, as indicated on the replacement price list provided to you with your event confirmation.

 

  • Nobody wants dish pan hands... Please leave the dish washing to us!  We will be happy to receive your rinsed items repackaged with care.

 

  • Event reservations will require a 50% deposit of the contract at the time of booking to guarantee the date.  The deposit is non-refundable and the remaining balance will be due one week prior to the event date.  

 

  • RSVP- Events booked with less than 2 weeks notice will require full payment at the time of booking. Final guest count and menu confirmation is 7 days prior to the event.

  • Deposit and payments may be made by credit card (Square), e-transfer or cash.
